Dans une casserole allant au four mettre un rang de patate en tranche non cuite
Un rang de carotte
Des tranches d'oignons.
Un rang de céleri.
Un rang de piments rouge vert orange et jaune.
Une gousse d'ail.
Un rang de brocoli.
Un rang de chou-fleur et des champignons.

Directions:
Directions:
Faire cuire du bœuf haché, et le mettre sur les légumes.
Versez ensuite 2 canne de soupe aux tomates dessus et ajoutez 1canne et demi d'eau et couvrir d'un papier d'aluminium.

Cuire au four à 325 degré environ 1heure30.
