1 yellow cake mix, no pudding
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
zest of lemon or orange
8 oz pkg cream cheese
3 C powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten
juice of 1/2 lemon or orange
Directions:
Directions:
Combine beaten eggs, melted butter and zest of lemon or orange. Add cake mix. Batter will be dense and thick. Place in a 9X13 baking pan.

Beat eggs, cream cheese until smooth and add sugar and juice, blend well and pour on top of first layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 32-35 minutes.
