8 oz. uncooked pasta (any shape)
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen veggies (any kind)
1 large garlic clove,minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can solid white tuna

Directions:
cook pasta according to directions. drain. in a large saucepan saute veggies and garlic in the butter until tender. stir in soup,milk,cheese and pepper, and cook over medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted.Stir in pasta and tuna, heat until everything is heated .
