12 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
8 oz. Philadelphia chive and onion-flavored cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1) Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
2) Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and mash until smooth. Mix in the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, pepper and butter.
3) Place in a slow cooker to keep warm -- this frees up your oven for making the turkey! If you don't have a slow cooker, you can transfer potatoes to a baking dish, cover with foil, and keep warm in a slow oven.
