2 1/2lbs.potato pared and sliced
1 cup sliced onions
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano (crushed)
1/8 tsp. thyme (crushed)

Directions:
Heat grill. On large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil alternate laters of pototoes and onions. In small bowl combine next 5 ingredients,pour over potatoes and onions bring ends of foil up and over ,seal well. Place on grill 4" from heat source cook untill veggies are tender.(can also be done in oven)
