4 - 6 Chicken Wings to make broth
Oil
Chicken pieces
flour
salt and pepper
Wide Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken wings in water with salt and pepper approximately 45 min.
2. Heat oil in electric skillet.
3. Place flour in plastic or brown paper bag.
4. Add chicken pieces to bag and shake.
5. Place chicken in skillet and brown on all sides.
6. Place chicken in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
7. Add a little of the oil from the skillet to the baking pan.
8. Add a little water to the baking pan so chicken does not burn.
9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min - 1 hour.
NOODLES:
1. Once chicken wings are done, remove and discard.
2. Bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the noodles.
3. Boil until done, do not drain the liquid but serve some of the liquid with the noodles.

This was always my Birthday dinner, I remember Nana always fixing this dinner every time we went to visit her.
We always serve this meal with mashed potatoes as the potatoes and the noodles with the broth is delicious but very carb loaded.
