1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. butter, room temp
1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
4 Tilapia fillets

Directions:

Preheat broiler. Line a backing sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayo, lemon juice and seasonings. Set aside.

Place the tilapia fillets on the baking sheet and broil for 3 minutes. Carefully turn the fillets over and broil another 3 minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and coat the top of each fillet with the cheese mixture, spread evenly over the fish. Broil 2 additional minutes or until the topping is browned and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
