Romaine Lettuce Mix
Gorgonzola Cheese (crumbled)
Roasted Red Peppers
Sun dried tomatoes
4 slices bacon, diced
Chopped red onion
Maple Grove Farms Honey Mustard Dressing
Slivered Almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until almost crisp. Add the almonds (if using) and cook until bacon is crisp. Cut red peppers into strips. Chop up the sun dried tomatoes and red onion. Mix the honey mustard dressing with the romaine mix and arrange the rest of the ingredients over the top. (Best to use a large platter). Sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese over the top.

Everyone loves this salad! I think Pam replicated this recipe from an Italian restaurant and it has been a hit ever since.
