1 tasse de lait
1 petit oignon haché fin
1 tasse de farine
1 c a thé sel
1 c a thé de poudre a pâte
16 à 20 onces de fromage cheddar râpé
2 paquets (20 onces chacun) d'épinards gelés coupés en morceaux bien égouttés

Chauffer le four a 350°F
Fondre 4 c à tables de beurre dans un plat de 9 x13 pouces
Battre l'œuf ajouter le lait, la farine, le sel et la poudre a pâte, mélanger et ajouter le fromage et les oignons
Égoutter bien les épinards bien mélanger. Étendre dans le plat
Cuire 30 minutes laisser refroidir 15 minutes avant de les couper. Se congèle très bien.
