1/2 c. sugar or honey
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. margarine (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and margarine, if using. Serve warm or cold.

I find this can take a long time to thicken, so sometimes I add extra cornstarch to speed up the process.
