1/4 t. Margarine
2 c. à. t. Farine
1 t. Cassonade dorée, tassée
2/3 t. Lait 2% partiellement écrémé évaporé Carnation
Noix coupées en deux pour garnir.

Directions:
Faire fondre la margarine dans une casserole à faible feu. Ajouter la farine et brasser 1 minute.
Incorporer le sucre et le lait et fouetter jusqu'à ce que ce soit fondu et lisse. Amener à ébullition.
Laisser bouillir 5 min. en brassant continuellement jusqu'à épaississement.
Laisser refroidir 5 min. Verser sur le gâteau en laissant l'excès couler sur les côtés. Garnir avec les noix.
