1 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can French green beans, drained
1 (17 oz.) can green peas, drained
1 (12 oz.) shoepeg corn, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
1 green or red pepper, finely diced
1 bunch green onions, finely diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Stir and cool. Put green beans, peas, corn, pimento, peppers and onion into a bowl. Pour cooled mixture over vegetables and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
