1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
3 -1/4 tsp. minced dried garlic
1 T. kosher salt
1-1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. ancho chilli powder
3/4 T. aji (or any pure red chilli powder)

4 (8 oz) pieces outside skirt steak
1/4-1/2 cup peanut oil
kosher Salt
cracked black pepper
2 limes,halved
cilantro and lime wedges as garnish

Preheat grill to 450-500°

Whisk paprika and next 6 ingredients together in a small bowl; set aside.

Rub steaks with peanut oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 4 tsp. paprika mixture. Place on lightly oiled grill rack. Cook over direct heat, 6 minutes, turning once.

Remove meat from grill. Squeeze a fresh lime half over each portion. Let stand 3 minutes.

Slice meat diagonally against grain. Garnish, if desired and serve immediately.
