36 Ritz cracker
6 payday bars
24 oz chocolate almond bark
Pam buttery spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cover cookie sheet with heavy foil.
Lay out crackers on cookie sheet.
On wax paper, cut payday bars in 6 chunks each bar.
Use Pam spray on sharp knife to cut cleanly.
Place a chunk on each cracker.
Bake 4 min to soften candy.
When finished remove from heat and lightly mash payday down with fork,
spray fork with cooking spray. May need to spray every 6 candy.
Return to oven for 2 more min.
Set out to begin cooling.
Melt chocolate according to pkg directions.
Spoon onto crackers.
Remove cookies to wax paper and allow to cool until chocolate is no longer shiny.
