2 cans reduced fat/sodium cream of chicken soup
1 pkg chopped frozen spinach thawed, and squeezed dry
1 (9oz) pkg frozen diced cooked chicken
8 oz sour cream - reduced fat
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated fresh Parmesan Cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. nutmeg

9 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 c. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 10 ingredients in large bowl and stir well.

Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles in bottom of 5 qt crock pot greased, breaking noodles in half as needed to fit. Spread 1/3 spinach mixture over noodles; sprinkle with 1/3 c. mozzarella. Layer three more noodles, 1/2 remaining spinach mix, and 1/3 c. mozzarella. Repeat layers. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce to low and cook 5 hours or until pasta is done.
