1 pound scallops
3-4 English Muffins-crumbled
1/2 cup butter
1TBS wine
1TB minced garlic
1/3 cup fresh parsley
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add parsley, garlic and English muffin crumbs, Saute. Add cheese, put in buttered 9x13 pan. Layer 3/4 of the mixture, add scallops and then the rest of the mixture. Top with butter pieces and sprinkle with wine over the top.

Bake at 450º

recipe can be doubled.
