Ingredients:
Ingredients:
100 (3.5-inch square) wonton wrappers
1 3/4 lb. ground pork
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger root (or 3/4 tsp. powdered)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sesame oil
1 egg, beaten
5 c. finely shredded cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, combine the pork, ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg and cabbage. Stir until well mixed.
2) Place 1 heaping teaspoon of pork filling onto each wonton skin. Moisten edges with water and fold edges over to form a triangle shape. Roll edges slightly to seal in filling. Set dumplings aside on a lightly floured surface until ready to cook.
3) To Cook: Pan fry in a bit of oil for 1-2 minutes per side. Then add 1/3 c. of water and steam for 6 minutes with lid on skillet. Serve immediately.

Personal Notes:
I served these with a store-bought dipping sauce, but you could make your own using equal parts soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
