Chop meat
Fresh parsley (handful chopped)
6 cloves of Garlic (diced)
1/2 Vidalia Onion (diced)
6 eggs
Seasoned bread crumb 1 1/2 cups
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil
1/3 cup of Pecorino Romano grated cheese
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well for desired consistency. If necessary you can add more bread crumb or eggs. Form meat into even size balls and place aside. Dredge meatballs in flour to coat. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Fry meatballs on all sides forming a nice crust all around. If making sauce place meatballs in pot and finish cooking in sauce. If finishing in oven bake on 375 for 20 min.
