1-10 OZ. PKG. FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH
2 CANS ARTICHOKE HEARTS
1/2 C. MAYONNAISE
1/2 C. SOUR CREAM
1 C. GRATED PARMESAN
1 C. GRATED PEPPER JACK CHEESE

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350; grease casserole dish.
Heat spinach in microwave for 5 min. and squeeze dry.
Drain artichokes and coarsely chop. Combine all ingred. except jack cheese in lge. bowl, stir well. Put in casserole and sprinkle with jack cheese; bake 30 min.

Serve with bagel chips or small toasted bread slices.
