2 egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 C sugar
6 oz mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until egg whites peak slightly. Add sugar and salt gradually and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful on slightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in oven for thirty minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely on wire rack.
