1 large box Vanilla Instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple with syrup
1 C sour cream
1 baked pie crust
Coconut or pineapple slices, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients and mix well. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate. Sprinkle with coconut or decorate with pineapple slices (opt)
