2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 tsp salt

The vinegar gives this hummos a really nice tangy taste. The missing Tahini is replaced by the sesame oil which gives it that nutty flavor, but is safe for those with nut allergies.
