1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 carton cool whip
1 large pkg. chocolate pudding, instant
Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1: Mix flour, nuts, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed. Press into buttered 9x13 dish. Bake at 350º until brown. Cool before adding next layer.

Layer 2: Blend cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 c. cool whip. Spread on top of first layer.

Layer 3: Mix chocolate pudding with milk, following directions on box. Pour over layer two.

Layer 4: Spread the remaining cool whip over layer three. Sprinkle with nuts.

Keep refrigerated until time to serve.
