Ingredients:  
1 large onion - chopped
6 garlic cloves - peeled
1 jalapeņo pepper - seeded and chopped
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 lbs pork butt

Directions:
Directions:
*Puree all of the sauce ingredients - everything except the pork and buns
*Marinate the pork in the sauce overnight
*Put sauce and pork in a large pot and add 1 quart water
*Bring mixture to boil and simmer, covered, turning frequently for 2 hours or until meat pulls apart with a fork
*Remove from heat and cool in sauce
*Remove pork from sauce
*Shred pork into small pieces
*Reduce sauce by 2/3
*Return pork to sauce
*Serve open face over buns
