1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1 C water
1 envelope stroganoff seasoning mix
1/2 C sour cream
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
1 loaf soft French bread
soft butter
1 bell pepper, sliced in rings
1 sliced tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Brown beef & onion, drain.
Stir in water, seasoning mix, sour cream and olives.
Simmer uncovered 10-15 min.
Cut bread lengthwise.
Toast under broiler until light brown.
Spread with butter and half of meat on each half.
Arrange pepper and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 10 min.
