Ingredients:  
1 chicken, boil and boned (reserve 2 cups broth) **
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 15 oz can mild enchilada sauce
1 small can chopped chilis
1 chopped onion, sautéed
1 can whole kernel corn
8 small corn tortillas (torn into pieces)
2 cups shredded cheese

**or 1 rotisserie chicken and broth from a box or can

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, enchilada sauce, 2 cups of broth, corn and onion. Layer 1/2 of chicken,1/2 of tortillas, 1/2 of sauce and repeat. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
