1 C shortening
1 C oil
1 C sugar
4 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, oil and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by spoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Lightly coat bottom of a small glass and press bottom of a small glass that is dipped in colored sugar on each cookie.
Bake about 10 min.
