Chopped onion
chopped bell pepper
1 can tuna fish
4 eggs, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
In a small frying pan, melt a small pat of butter, sauté onion and pepper, add tuna fish and heat through. Add eggs and cook as for scrambled eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Lightly toast bread and make a sandwich.
