1 head Napa or bok choy cabbage
3 green onions
1 (3-oz.) package chicken-flavored Ramen noodles with seasoning packet
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

1) Preheat broiler.
2) Shred cabbage and slice the onions. Place into a large mixing bowl.
3) Crumble the noodles into a broiler pan, add the almonds, sesame seeds, and broil for 2 minutes. Watch them carefully to avoid scorching!
4) In a jar with a tight lid, combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, and contents of the Ramen noodle seasoning packet. Cover the jar and shake well to blend the dressing.
5) Pour the dressing over the salad, add the toasted sesame, noodles, and almonds and toss to combine.
