1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 3/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well in the flour and add salt,unbeaten eggs and 1 c milk. Beat with mixer until free of lumps. Add remainder of milk and continue beating to make fairly thin batter. Bake in heavy skillet, heated until it smokes when butter is brushed on pan. Pour about 1/4 c of mixture and tilt the pan so a thin layer covers the entire bottom of pan. Bake until dough is set. Turn and bake only until golden brown underneath. Pile up on plate and cut in quarters. May be sprinkled with sugar and rolled up.
