1 pound Great Northern beans, soaked
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3-40z. cans green chilies
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 - 14 1/2 oz. can reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water

Put beans in medium pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and allow to simmer 20 minutes. Discard water. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and brown if desired. Put all ingredients in Crock-pot. Stir to mix thoroughly. Cover; cook on low 10 - 12 hours or high for 5 - 6 hours.
