1 can while kernel corn, including juice
1 can cream style corn
2 beaten eggs
1 c sour cream
1/2 c butter or oleo
1 (7 1/2 oz) pkg corn muffin mix
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Grease shallow dish (8 1/2 x 12) pour in mixture. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Bake for 30 mins or until set in a 350º.
