3 c flour
1 tbsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients to make hard dough. Knead well. Roll out very thin. then flour both sides, cut in half and form two rolls. Cut into narrow strips.
Put in plenty of boiling water and cook for a few minutes.

Serve with hot cream gravy: 1/2 c cream and 2 tbsp melted butter and a pinch of salt or if desired serve with plain butter, fried to a golden brown. Or serve with the above cream gravy with finally cut browned onions.
