4 Jonathan apples
1/4 c sugar
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core apples. Add to 1/8 c water as you peel. Boil on med heat. Cook down apples and then mash. Add sugar, cinnamon and butter.

Grandma Fudge always put peelings in on top of apples at first and then took them off when apples were done.
