2 lbs lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen peas
1 pkg Knorr Oxtail Soup - prepared
5 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion together in a skillet. Drain and put it in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Put frozen peas on top of beef. Pour prepared soup over all. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. (It may spill over, so put casserole dish on a cookie sheet.) Done when potato on the top is golden.

The girls' favorite!! -- but...this Knorr soup is discontinued. :( Can substitute with other beef soup or use gravy mix and prepared as directed.
