1 (8 0z) cream cheese
1 lb.Velvetta
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 tbl chopped bell pepper
3/4 tbl chopped onion
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/2 chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Bring cheese to room temperature. Mix well and add remaining ingredients, Drain pineapple completely (push water out in strainer and pat with paper towels). Roll ball in nuts and serve with crackers.
