Chicken breasts (flattened)
Swiss cheese
ham slices
cream cheese
bacon
1 can sliced mushrooms

Top each chicken breast with 1/2 slice swiss, 1/2 slice ham, and a dollop of cream cheese. Roll up - and wrap with a slice of bacon. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min - add mushrooms the last 5 min of baking.

It usually takes 3 slices of bacon for each breast and I bake my bacon in the oven at 350 degrees until partly done. It browns on the chicken much better
