1 c boiling water
1/2 c butter
1 c flour
4 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to boiling water. Add flour, all at once, stir over heat until smooth. Cook until mixture leaves the side of the pan. Do not overcook. Cool slightly, add unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Stir until smooth after each egg is added. Beat until mixture is glossy. Chill (mixture should hold its shape) Place on cookie sheet, in amounts the size of a walnut. Bake at 375 F 30 - 35 minutes. They should be a light brown and feel very light. Cool. Cut opening in side and fill with whipped cream. Serve.
