Pinch of salt and pepper
4 eggs
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Mix flour, milk and seasonings until smooth. Beat egss and fold into first mixture. Put 1 tbsp fat in frying pan, heat and put in the egg mixture. Brown on both sides while stirring and turning.
