4 medium skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 ½ cup crumbs (mix of bread crumbs and Ritz cracker crumbs or use Panko crumbs)
½ cup milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º F.
Cut each chicken breast into 5 strips.
Put crumbs in a flat bowl.
Put milk in another bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken in the milk.
Roll each piece of chicken in the crumb mixture.
If you want a thicker crumb crust repeat the process.
Place coated chicken pieces on the baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until no pink colour remains in the chicken and the crumb mixture is brown.

Can add seasoning of choice to the crumb mixture.
