Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Big tub of plain yogurt
3 jalapeņo peppers diced (I left the seeds in only one)
2 limes zest and juice
one bunch of cilantro chopped
one clove of garlic minced
salt and pepper
a few squirts of Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Add the ingredients to the yogurt.
Mix well and refrigerate.
The degree of hotness is controlled by the amount of jalapeņo pepper and Tabasco you add. It is a good idea to go carefully and add a little, taste and add more as desired. As with many things it is easier to add more but impossible to remove some.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Good as a dip for chicken fingers or veggies. Recipe can be halved. Dill can be used instead of cilantro
