1 c milk
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
Cheese Filling
1 pkg dry curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt into mixing bowl, mix milk and eggs, add to flour mixture making a medium soft dough. Roll out fairly thin, cut into 4 in squares, Fill with cottage cheese mixture or any kind of fruit. Add a little sugar to each fruit pocket. If the fruit is very juicy add a bit of flour to the sugar, Take two corners to make a triangle, press open edges together very firmly so no juice escapes during the cooking. Drop one by one into boiling water. Cook 10 minutes. Serve with cream gravy
1 tsp flour mixed into 2 tbsp butter (golden brown) in fry pan.
Add 1 c cream or cream/milk
salt and pepper to taste
Boil a minute
