2 lbs ground chuck or ground turkey, cooked and drained
salt and pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans Niblet corn, drained
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1 large can Red beans or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Rotel
2 packages Taco seasoning mix
1 package Ranch dressing dry mix
grated cheese
fritos
Directions:
Directions:
Open all cans; dump cans in large pot using juices from all cans except the beans. Add to the meat, onions, taco seasoning . Let simmer. When serving, add cheese and fritos to each bowls.
