1 stick butter
1 c firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp curry powder
1 29 oz can peach halves , drained
1 29 oz can pear halves, drained
1 20 can pineapple chunks, drained'
1 15 oz can fruit cocktail, drained
1 6 oz jar maraschino cherries, drained

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. In small saucepan, melt better, over med-low heat. Add sugar and curry powder and cook 1 minute; set aside. In 13 x 9 greased dish, place peach and pear halves evenly over the bottom of baking dish, cut side up. Arrange pineapple, fruit cocktail and cherries over the peaches and pears. Spoon butter mixture evenly over fruit, Bake 1 hour. Delicious served with ham for special breakfast of brunch,.
