2 small boxes peach jello or 1 large box
2 c hot water
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 can peach pie filling

Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add pineapple and pie filling. Mix well together and congeal. For topping: in small bowl, add cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, sour cream, and pecans. Spread on top of the congealed jello and keep refrigerated.
