3 (8 ounces) cans of tomato paste
2 large (28 ounce) cans of sauce or 2 large cans of tomatoes
5 large (28 ounces) cans of pureed tomatoes
5- 28 ounces cans of water
1 tbsp. fennel seed
1 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. parsley
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
3 bay leaves
1 cup onions
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a 16 quart pan, bring sauce to a simmer. Let simmer for 3 hours. Add cooked meatballs and sausage as desired.
