Ingredients: 4 whole English muffins 8 oz bacon 4 oz cream cheese, softened 1 3/4 c half and half 10 eggs 1/2-3/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp fresh parsley
sauce: 2 lemons 1 stick of butter (1/2 c)

Directions:preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut muffins in half to be 3/4 inch thick. place onto cookie sheet and bake 10-12 min until golden brown. remove from oven and reduce heat to 350. place muffins in a 10-12" oven safe skillet or metal bakepan - arrange so muffins are touching but not overlapping.
dice bacon into 1/2" cubes and place on top of muffins.
whisk cream cheese until smooth, then add half and half and whisk until smooth. Add in eggs and cayenne pepper. carefully pour into skillet or pan.
bake 18-22 minutes
sprinkle with parsley.
to make optional sauce: zest the lemons for about 2 tbsp of zest squeeze lemons for 1/4 c juice boil over medium heat about 2 minutes, until half the amount in pot add in butter by the slice serve once butter is melted
