2 pkg orange jelly powder
2 c boiling water
2 - 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve syrup from one can)
1 - 6 oz (180 ml) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
1 c ginger ale
Directions:
Directions:
Put jelly powders in bowl. Blend in boiling water. Stir until jelly powder is dissolved. Stir in reserved syrup, orange juice, and ginger ale. Chill in refrigerator until gelatin mixture is slightly thicker than unbeaten egg whites, stirring occasionally. Mix in mandarin orange sections. Chill until firm. Serve.
