16 graham crackers
2 1/2 Tbsp melted butter
3 eggs
2 half lb. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

TOPPING:
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix butter and cracker crumbs together. Press into a round 9 inch cake pan.
Beat eggs, sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla and cheese. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted halfway from edge. Cool. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour cover cooled pie. Bake 5 minutes. Best when made one day ahead.
Yield: 8 to 12 servings.
