One - 3 oz.pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. butter
1 T. oil
1 T. minced fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine the eggs, cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat; pour eggs into pan and cook, gently stirring with a fork, until eggs are set but still soft. Stir in chives and serve.
